1. About these terms
samsoom.ai is operated by Adoomi Limited, a company established in the United Arab Emirates and trading as Samsoom AI. Its business and service location is Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
These terms apply to the website and enquiry process. Service terms apply when a written proposal, order or checkout clearly identifies the service and incorporates these terms. A general enquiry does not by itself create a contract or require either party to proceed.
The current offer is for businesses and people acting for purposes connected with a trade, business, craft or profession. By ordering, you confirm that you are acting for a business and have authority to bind it. We do not currently offer public consumer checkout. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Website use and project enquiries
You may use the website for lawful purposes and to understand or enquire about Samsoom services. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, or use it to infringe another person's rights.
Website information is general and may change. Project availability, delivery dates, detailed scope and fees are confirmed only in an accepted order. Email is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, so contact us again if an important message does not receive a response.
We handle enquiry information as described in our privacy notice.
3. Samsoom Managed Website
Unless an accepted order states otherwise, the Samsoom Managed Website is monthly rolling with no fixed-term commitment. The customer's location determines which reviewed currency price is offered before checkout:
| Currency | Setup | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| GBP | £499 | £99 |
| USD | $650 | $130 |
| EUR | €600 | €120 |
| CAD | C$900 | C$180 |
| AUD | A$1,000 | A$200 |
| NZD | NZ$1,100 | NZ$220 |
| AED | AED 2,395 | AED 475 |
| PLN | PLN 2,645 | PLN 525 |
The checkout currency and amount shown before payment form part of the order. A card issuer or bank may apply its own foreign-exchange or international-payment charges if the payment account uses another currency.
Included at launch
- Up to five core content pages.
- Connection of a customer-owned domain.
- Managed hosting, SSL, deployment and monitoring.
- Lead-form delivery and technical SEO foundations.
- A private preview before purchase; there is no free trial.
Monthly changes
The monthly service includes two change credits. One credit covers one scoped content or configuration request expected to take no more than 20 minutes. Unused credits expire at month end and have no cash value.
Quoted separately
New pages, copywriting, graphic design, custom development and integrations are quoted before work starts. Domain registration and other third-party costs are also separate unless the accepted order expressly includes them.
4. Payment, cancellation and service lifecycle
Where online payment is offered, Stripe hosts the checkout and shows the setup and recurring lines before payment. Promotions are not accepted at launch. You authorise Stripe to collect the displayed recurring amount until cancellation takes effect.
Adoomi Limited is not currently registered for UAE VAT. Current checkout prices therefore do not add UAE VAT. Prices are exclusive of any other tax that becomes legally applicable. A business customer remains responsible for any reverse-charge, use-tax, withholding or similar reporting required in its jurisdiction. If Adoomi Limited's registration or tax obligations change, future orders or renewals may include applicable tax after the required notice.
You may cancel at any time through an available customer portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; service and remaining change credits continue until then.
After cancellation
- Days 1–30 after the paid period: the public site remains live and read-only, and you may request transfer or export.
- Day 31: the managed site is unpublished unless a documented legal or manual hold applies.
- Through day 90: a cold restore package is retained; restoration or transfer may be quoted.
- After day 90: non-statutory customer content enters the deletion schedule, with encrypted backups ageing out within a further 35 days.
Failed payments
The planned billing process uses four retry attempts across seven days. During days 0–7 the site and change service remain available. During days 8–14 the public site remains live but managed changes are blocked. On day 15 the site may be unpublished if payment remains outstanding. A later successful payment restores the prior service state through the managed process.
30-day fit promise
For a first production publication, you may request a refund of the first monthly service fee within 30 days. The setup fee is not refundable after build work begins, and third-party or domain costs are not refundable. Statutory remedies always take precedence.
5. Customer responsibilities and approvals
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate instructions, approvals and access reasonably needed for the work;
- having the right to use supplied names, copy, images, data and other materials;
- reviewing preview content, business facts, regulated statements and legal notices before approval;
- maintaining ownership and renewal of your domain unless an order says otherwise; and
- using delivered services lawfully and keeping account access secure.
Ownership, licensing, portability and any transfer of bespoke deliverables are stated in the accepted order. Third-party software, fonts, services and platforms remain subject to their own terms.
6. Service standards and boundaries
We will provide agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise search rankings, leads, revenue, uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party change, or a particular business outcome.
Timelines depend on the agreed scope, access, approvals and third-party services. If scope changes, we will explain the likely effect and obtain agreement before carrying out separately chargeable work.
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any project-specific liability allocation must be stated in the accepted order; these website terms do not invent a separate financial cap.
7. Ending an order, governing law and contact
Either party may end an order for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable written cure period, or immediately where continued performance would be unlawful. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply.
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Business disputes are subject to the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, while mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
