What happens before I pay?
There is no free trial. We provide a private preview before purchase, then confirm the launch scope from the completed brief.
What does the £99 monthly service cover?
It covers managed hosting, SSL, deployment, monitoring, the agreed lead-form delivery path, technical SEO foundations and two scoped change credits each month.
Do unused change credits roll over?
No. Unused credits expire at month end and have no cash value. Larger requests or work outside the included boundary are quoted separately.
Can I cancel the service?
Yes. The service is monthly rolling with no fixed-term commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period under the service terms.
Who owns the domain?
You do. The launch offer connects a customer-owned domain. Domain purchase and renewal charges are separate from the Samsoom service.
Does technical SEO guarantee rankings or leads?
No. Technical SEO foundations are included, but rankings, leads, revenue and other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
What if the service is not a fit after launch?
You may request a refund of the first monthly service fee within 30 days of first production publication. The setup fee is not refundable after build work begins, and third-party or domain costs are not refundable.
