A small-business website that makes the next step clear.

A small-business website gives customers one reliable place to understand what you do, decide whether your business fits their needs and contact you. Start with a first website or replace an outdated one without taking on the routine technical work.

Your starting point

A useful website starts with the problem in front of your business.

The right starting point depends on whether customers currently find no website, an old one or a journey that needs more than the managed offer.

No website yet

Turn word of mouth into a clear online destination

Bring your main services, business story and contact route together so people have somewhere credible to check before they call or enquire.

Outdated website

Replace a site that no longer reflects the business

Keep the accurate parts, remove old or distracting material and rebuild the customer journey around the services you want people to understand now.

Larger requirement

A larger website can have its own scope

Online shops, accounts, advanced booking, large content libraries and third-party integrations usually need their own scope rather than being squeezed into a five-page launch.

What customers need

Make the important decisions easy to understand.

A small-business website does not need unnecessary complexity. It needs to answer the questions that help the right customer continue.

First impression

What the business does

A direct opening should help visitors recognise the service, product or experience on offer without searching through vague marketing copy.

Fit

Who the service is for

Clear service pages, locations or boundaries help people decide whether the business is relevant before they make contact.

Confidence

Reasons to trust the next step

Use accurate business information, approved work, genuine credentials where relevant and practical answers rather than unsupported claims.

Mobile

A straightforward journey on a phone

Navigation, key information and contact actions should remain readable and reachable on the device many customers use first.

Contact

One obvious way to continue

Calls, forms, email, booking or visits should appear where they match the decision a customer is ready to make.

Foundations

A technically sound public site

Clean metadata, crawl controls, secure delivery and performance-minded construction support discovery without guaranteeing rankings, leads or revenue.

Choose the right scope

Use the fixed offer when it fits. Scope the rest separately.

The managed route keeps a straightforward business website predictable. More complex customer journeys remain possible, but need a separate quotation.

Managed website

A focused first or replacement site

Up to five core pages, managed hosting, SSL, deployment, monitoring, the agreed lead-form path, technical SEO foundations and two scoped monthly change credits.

UK reference price: £499 setup plus £99 monthly. See the complete managed offer

Custom website

A larger build with its own boundary

More pages, copywriting, graphic design, ecommerce, advanced booking, accounts, custom development and third-party integrations are assessed and quoted separately.

Price and timing depend on the agreed work. Discuss custom website work

What happens next

See a direction before committing to the managed service.

The first conversation establishes whether the fixed offer fits or a different route would be more honest.

01

Choose first site or replacement

Tell us which situation applies, what customers need to understand and the main action the website should support.

02

See a private direction

A private preview shows the proposed structure and presentation before purchase.

03

Agree the website boundary

The core pages, available material, exclusions, timing and any separately quoted work are agreed before the build proceeds.

04

Approve, launch and keep it managed

After approval, the site is connected to the customer-owned domain and the agreed hosting, deployment and routine change service begins.

Questions before you start

The practical choices behind a small-business website.

These answers use the current Managed Website scope. A larger requirement can be discussed as separate custom work.

Can you build a website if my business does not have one?

Yes. The managed offer is designed for both first websites and replacements. A typical first site might use Home, Services, About, FAQs and Contact, with the final structure agreed for the business.

Can you replace my existing website?

Yes. Accurate and useful material can be retained while outdated, duplicated or distracting material is left behind. The replacement is planned around the current business rather than copying every old page.

How much does a small-business website cost?

The approved UK reference price for the Managed Website is £499 setup plus £99 per month. Prices are exclusive of any tax that may apply. When work falls outside the fixed scope, it is quoted separately.

What is included in the monthly service?

Managed hosting, SSL, deployment, monitoring, the agreed lead-form delivery path, technical SEO foundations and two scoped change credits each month are included.

Who owns the domain?

The customer owns the domain. Domain purchase and renewal charges remain separate from the Samsoom service.

What if I need a shop, booking system or integration?

Those requirements may need a custom scope. They are discussed and quoted separately rather than being presented as part of the fixed five-page offer.

Will technical SEO guarantee rankings or enquiries?

No. Technical SEO foundations are included, but rankings, traffic, enquiries, revenue and other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
